Welcome to TIPON LTD. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for engaging in business with us. By entering into any agreement, contract, or transaction with Tipon Ltd, you agree to comply with the following terms: 

  1. Business Nature 
  • TIPON LTD is a merchant exporter of pharmaceuticals, surgical products, and disposable healthcare supplies. 
  • We deal strictly with licensed buyers, importers, distributors, hospitals, and procurement agencies. 
  • We do not supply products directly to individual consumers. 
  1. Regulatory Compliance 
  • All products are sourced from audited and internationally certified manufacturers (EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, ISO 13485, CE). 
  • Buyers must provide valid import licenses, registrations, or permits as required by the laws of their respective countries. 
  • Tipon Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not comply with regulatory requirements. 
  1. Orders & Pricing 
  • All orders must be placed in writing through official communication channels. 
  • Prices quoted are based on the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIP, CIF, CFR, etc.) and may vary depending on quantity, packaging, and shipping destination. 
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or altered without written approval from Tipon Ltd. 
  1. Payment Terms 
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms: Advance Payment, Letter of Credit (L/C), or as per agreement. 
  • Banking charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs to be paid as per agreed terms. 
  • Goods will be dispatched as per the mutually agreed terms. 
  1. Shipping & Delivery 
  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability, regulatory clearance, and logistics arrangements. 
  • Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms. 
  • Tipon Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. 
  1. Product Quality & Liability 
  • All products are supplied with the assurance that they meet international quality and safety standards. 
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA), Batch Details, and Regulatory Documentation will be provided upon request. 
  • Tipon Ltd is not liable for misuse of products, non-compliance with local regulations, or resale beyond authorized distribution. 
  1. Confidentiality 
  • Any documents, pricing, or trade information shared with buyers must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent. 
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 
  • All contracts and transactions are governed by the laws of China. 
  • In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Kowloon, Hong Kong. 
  1. Amendments 
  • Tipon Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Buyers are encouraged to review them periodically.
